Place the product in its original branded case and packaging, ensuring all accessories like microfiber cloths and certificates are included to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address at a time convenient for you.
Quality Check & Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality, we will process your full refund or dispatch your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
